We took this original 1970's closed off floor plan, sunken living room with shag carpet and wallpaper throughout and updated it into a stunning open floor plan concept with new primary bedroom, bathroom with their own private deck. An additional bedroom and bathroom was added as well as a large covered patio in the backyard to fully transform this Del Mar home.
