Historic House Garage & ADU Addition
This property added a detached 2 car garage, storage area, pool equipment room, half bathroom and poolside kitchen on the ground floor. The second floor was designed as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath ADU that is accessible from its own entrance an parking off the ground floor. Due to the original house being a historical property, this ADU needed to go through the historical review process and to match the unique tudor style of architecture for the original house.

Minnesota Lake House
We designed a new 3 story lake house for a family. They wanted to have the main living area on the main floor that included a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 car garage, and bedroom for aging parents. The upstairs is the primary bedroom suite with a large walk in closet, separate office area, and large bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. Downstairs are the extra bedrooms, kids rooms, a sauna, workout room, and a game room with a pool table, bar area, and walk in wine room perfect for entertaining.
The back of this house opened up to the hill down to the lake. We took full advantage of the exterior decks to allow for outside living.
This large kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind. The open concept is highlighted by large sliding doors that open to the wrap around deck.
